One Page Strategy Why we do this project. Building the project foundation and pin-pointing the key drivers in a clearly structured format. This enables all project members to easily reference them at any given time and proves as a strong project management tool – also when onboarding new projects members.
Room Function Program (RFP) A document stating the design requirements to each room. The room function program (RFP) is in essence an extensive and guided checklist which ensures all important aspects are considered when specifying and designing the laboratories and lab related rooms.
Equipment List (EQL) A list with lab equipment and the associated data the building must support. The EQL is the primary database in which data for equipment* for use in the laboratories and support functions is collected and structured. This data is used – among others - by the Design and Engineering partners when defining and sizing the geometry, utilities and systems.
* Equipment that must be considered in design and/or engineering.
Dashboards Get the grand overview and compare the most important data. To grasp the many datapoints in GoGemba we have build some - easy to interpret - dashboards that provides a balanced overview of the project. The dashboards are live updated based on the data in GoGemba and can be configured to show the information that is most relevant considering the focus and project phase.
